He warned that failure to comply would result in legal measures to compel his return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe fugitive\u2019s name is Kenneth Ofori-Atta,\u201d Kissi Agyebeng said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr Agyebeng dismissed claims that the former minister had left the country for medical treatment, insisting that he must cooperate with ongoing investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also denied reports that OSP officials had raided Ofori-Atta\u2019s residence on Tuesday, February 11.
